There are lots of good places to eat, depending on whether you want to eat in the village, or in the neighbouring towns, and what kind and size of meal you want. Remember though that Llanberis is a small village, and do not expect to find many places open every day or late at night. Arriving at 9.30 at night expecting a meal is probably being over-optimistic (though the Balti Raj Indian Restaurant opens until about 11 pm some nights.
